Human Rights Policy
IBPROM Corp. is committed to upholding and promoting human rights in all aspects of our business. We believe that respect for human dignity, diversity, and equality is fundamental to our mission and values. Our policy is guided by the principles of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, applicable Canadian labor laws, and internationally recognized human rights standards.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and business partners of IBPROM Corp., regardless of location or contract type.
2. Principles
- Non-Discrimination: We do not tolerate discrimination based on race, color, sex, religion, political opinion, national or social origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.

3. Implementation
The Managing Partner and principal of IBPROM Corp. is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy.
- All employees and contractors receive orientation on workplace conduct, anti-discrimination, and health and safety.
- We conduct informal, periodic reviews of our practices to identify and address potential human rights risks.
4. Grievance Mechanism
- Employees and contractors may raise concerns or complaints directly with the principal.
- All complaints are handled confidentially and investigated promptly, with corrective action taken as needed.
5. Supplier and Partner Expectations
- We expect our suppliers and partners to uphold similar human rights standards.
- Preference is given to reputable suppliers who demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and ethical practices.
6. Continuous Improvement
- IBPROM Corp. is committed to ongoing improvement of our human rights practices and welcomes feedback from employees, clients, and stakeholders.
